Manage all aspects of a customer relationship. This includes implementation, establishing and exceeding account revenue goals, measuring and improving client satisfaction, and account retention.

Worldspan travel agency is looking for an experienced leisure agent who is excited about selling travel.  Someone who puts customer service first, but knows how to sell on the phone.  Preferably someone who has done some global travel and can offer interesting hints to the travelers.  The is a position that offers salary and commission based upon productivity and full benefits package. 

Travel Concierge Excellent Entry level position  – Tucson AZ

 The travel concierge is a support role for our travel advisers in an effort to maximize their selling time and ability through researching travel options, customer interaction and focused product & promotion knowledge. In addition, when appropriate, the travel concierge will be preparing themselves to become a travel adviser.

•           Create and enter customer profile information and attach quote requests in Client Base.
•           Ensure leads are valid. (i.e. travel adviser, non US/CAN residents) and verify leads and profiles tovoid crossover between advisers
•           Send follow up emails after a quote has been sent and prospect has not been in touch
•           Prepare and coordinate correspondence and mailing
•           Send reminders, booking and confirming clients regarding dining and shore excursions
•           Acquire details and update Guest Information Forms/ Immigration details
•           Detail every record precisely at all times
•           Send “Welcome home” emails or phone calls
•           Send “Touch base” emails six months after the last trip
•           Respond to client’s questions regarding existing reservations, deposits, insurance, excursions, etc.
•           Verify all details are in place for promotions.  Give travel adviser copy of promotion details.
•           Research and prepare pre and post trip packages
•           Stay abreast of new promotions
